Mark Zuckerberg experienced a remarkable financial surge on August 1, 2025, as his wealth increased by $26.7 billion in a single day.

This substantial gain followed Meta Platforms’ exceptional second-quarter earnings report, which led to the company’s stock reaching an all-time high.

Zuckerberg, who owns approximately 13% of Meta’s shares, now boasts a net worth of $266.7 billion, securing his position as the third-richest individual globally, according to Forbes’ real-time tracker.

Meta’s impressive quarterly performance included $47.52 billion in revenue, marking a 22% year-over-year increase that surpassed Wall Street expectations.

Earnings per share reached $7.14, and daily active users across Meta’s family of apps rose to 3.48 billion, indicating strong user engagement despite growing competition from platforms like TikTok.
