A person claiming to be the “greatest constitution captain you’ll ever meet” has been arrested after a video of him verbally attacking and allegedly illegally boarding one other angler’s boat went viral.
Brock Horner, 40, was seen within the video boarding the vessel with out permission, function by Gage Towels, 22, in accordance with the Punta Gorda Police Division.
