Feb. 26 (UPI) — Netflix is teasing Concern Road: Promenade Queen, a film impressed by R.L. Stine’s younger grownup e book of the identical title.
The Promenade Queen belongs to the writer’s Concern Road collection, which is described as “teen horror” and commenced with The Shock Celebration in 1989.
Netflix has beforehand launched movies impressed by Stine’s books, together with Concern Road Half One: 1994, Concern Road Half Two: 1978 and Concern Road Half Three: 1666.
“On this subsequent installment of the blood-soaked Concern Road franchise, promenade season at Shadyside Excessive is underway and the varsity’s wolfpack of It Ladies is busy with its ordinary candy and cruel campaigns for the crown,” an official synopsis reads.
The movie, set in 1988, reveals what occurs “when a gutsy outsider places herself within the working, and the opposite women begin mysteriously disappearing…”
Within the preview, viewers hear a lady’s voice telling an aspiring promenade queen that she does not need her to embarrass herself.
As a disco ball spins, viewers hear the sound of a lady’s scream and the query, “how will we get out of right here?”
