His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama was nicely obtained on the Manhyia Palace to partake within the grand Akwasidae Pageant, celebrated below the auspices of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene.

The President was met with an enthusiastic reception from the gathered crowd, who shouted and waved at him. The Akwasidae Pageant is a cultural celebration held each six weeks to honour the ancestors and showcase the wealthy traditions of the Ashanti Kingdom.

Among the many outstanding figures current had been Ghanaian serial entrepreneur Dr. Osei Kwame Regardless of and former Black Stars and Bayern Munich defender Sammy Osei Kuffour, who graced the event to pay homage to Otumfuo and rejoice the cultural heritage of the Ashanti Kingdom.

Additionally, in attendance was famend Ghanaian enterprise mogul Ibrahim Mahama, who is understood for his benevolent acts that has modified the lives of the poor and needy in Ghana.
