Nigerian musician, Chinedu Okoye, popularly often known as Flavour, has disclosed that his health requires self-discipline and dedication.

Flavour stated his bodily physique nature is sustained by his consuming habits and bodily workouts.

The highlife singer disclosed this in a debut podcast with former Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka, on Tuesday.

The ‘Obodo’ crooner stated he doesn’t eat breakfast. Although an Igbo man, he doesn’t eat ‘swallow’. He added that he takes minimal carbs.

For his drinks, Flavour stated he takes natural tea within the morning and eats at about 5 pm day by day.

For bodily health, N’abania (2nite) singer revealed that he works out for 2 hours each day.

Nwanne, it’s robust, however I’ll strive. First, I don’t eat within the morning; I drink natural tea and eat at about 5 pm. Second, I don’t eat swallow; I eat minimal carbs. Third, I work out 2 hours a day,” he stated.

When Chidoka requested if his consuming routine, together with taking natural tea within the morning,g didn’t expose him to Ulcer, Flavour stated his natural tea is do-it-yourself.

He additional disclosed that there are condiments he provides to the natural tea to maintain Ulcer away.

“My do-it-yourself natural tea takes care of that; I add condiments that hold ulcers away,” he answered.
