People who say they were told long ago or ask why they there only now, are ignorant and out of touch with how people live in SA. Many people have no access to social media or mainstream media. Eskom didn’t go on an aggressive enough campaign to inform residents through fliers or word of mouth. We are a third world country, you are not going to reach everybody through conventional forms of media. It’s 2024, why should people even be queuing like it’s 1965?
Hope u not blaming eskom.. It’s heat we can’t control da weather and it can happen yo enione 🙄
