Frameclad equipped the sunshine metal body for the brand new Waitrose retailer in Guildford

Joint managing administrators Nicholas Teagle and Martin Jamieson have acquired Frameclad from founder Mark Munns and his spouse Diane.

Munns based Frameclad in 2009 in Kingswinford, Dudley. Fifteen years on, on the age of 58, he’s stepping again.  

Teagle and Jamieson have been appointed joint managing administrators in 2022 in preparation for the transition.

“We’re excited to share the information that this transition is now full, and we’ve got formally acquired Frameclad,” stated Nicholas Teagle. “We have now many plans to construct on the success Mark and Diane achieved, and we are going to proceed with our long run technique of ‘funding and innovation’ which is yielding optimistic outcomes.
