The comment section is full of gullible gayton supporters.
Just because someone is loud and talks like they know what their saying doesn’t mean you should ditch your own sense of what’s appropriate and what’s not.
There’s no justifying 800k spent on traveling for a week and coming back to South africa with nothing to show for it.
Correspondence over the phone or zoom meetings between officials in different countries (especially ones where there’s no tangible deal on the table) happen all the time , it’s only serious meetings that warrant spending that much money to go be available in person for something that will pay “dividends” on that operational cost.
And Gayton said it himself to the media during GNU negotiations and I quote ” I’m here for power”. Not I’m here for the people , I’m here to try and bring change .. nope “I’m here for power ” ….
Gayton gives his salary to charity. Thats more than 1 mill a year. How about you speak about that. He very open about the expenditure. Full of kak talk bru
Dan, Dan… Dan, you’re an educated man, stop clowning with Gayton, just consider the exchange rate, if you measure a Euro with the ailing Rand, than the R 800,000 is Peanuts
So i would like to know are you also gonna dissect premier of Western Cape, Allen Winde’s R1,8 million trips to the USA 🇺🇸 which is twice the amount Gayton Mckenzie spends
