Chairman Wontumi has strongly refuted current claims made by Reverend Owusu Bempah, accusing him of deceptive the general public about his arrest.

In line with Wontumi, the favored pastor’s allegations that members of the New Patriotic Occasion (NPP) orchestrated his arrest are false. He clarified that the police administration, not the NPP, had been chargeable for Owusu Bempah’s arrest, and he identified that even Inspector Common of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, had no direct involvement within the incident.

NPP is like blood to me, and I might by no means do something to hurt its repute,” Wontumi acknowledged passionately.
