  • Both Parliament and the JSC deliberated before deciding to vote. In both instances, the majority prevailed. However, the DA contends that Parliament’s decision was irrational, while the JSC’s decision was rational.

Advocate Dali’s arguement is that once Constitutional issues are before Court section 38 and or section 172 triggers the Constitutional responsibility. Great argument.

He has every right to to hold any position which any other parliamentary must hold, and also effect his parliamentary position to the best of his ability. This case is a waste of time and abuse of a captured judiciary system.
