  My problem is we go to home affairs to make smart cards and come back with no progress because of long ques, sometimes u sit from morning untill late then u return home without any help especially in Hammanskraal

  It took me one full year to get my ID back in 2004 grade 11, going to 12. I still remember the tannie that massed up my application it came back with a wrong birthday. Her face brought me trauma. I can’t bear going back there
