The Nationwide Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has withdrawn costs in opposition to 95 Libyans who have been arrested at a suspected navy camp in Mpumalanga final month.

The 95 have been going through costs of Contraventions of the Immigration Act.

Determined to withdraw the fees

“The Performing Director of Public Prosecutions, Sonja Ntuli, reviewed all accessible proof and the representations made on behalf of the accused and having thought of the proof and coverage issues, has determined to withdraw the fees most popular in opposition to all accused who have been arrested on the navy coaching camp in July 2024.
