Pauline Tallen bows to stress, apologises over ‘kangaroo judgment’ feedback

“I hereby, apologise to the Judiciary and Nigerians for the assertion credited to me that the Courtroom’s resolution in Go well with No. FHC/YL/CS/12/2022 (Mallam Nuhu Ribadu Vs APC & 3 Ors),sacking Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani because the 2023 APC Adamawa State Governorship Candidate, was a Kangaroo Judgment and ought to be rejected.

Tallen’s battle with the NBA started after Senator Aisha Dahiru (Binani), the then Adamawa APC governorship flagbearer, polled 430 votes to defeat Nuhu Ribadu who polled 288 throughout the Might 2022 APC main elections.
