2014 my inlaw was in hospital for emergency requiring blood transfusion. Gwagwalada Specialist Hospital needed to take blood from me, they had no device to make me bleed well and I was given a door handle to be pressing repeatedly to enable the blood gushing increase into the collection bag.
How could President Bola Tinubu approve a 300% increase in the salaries and allowances of the judiciary sector? This decision creates a significant imbalance, especially when the minimum wage for the average Nigerian worker was only increased by 133%.
On one hand, the government struggles to sustain the minimum wage, yet on the other, it approves a substantial 300% raise for the judiciary. This disparity is difficult to justify.
