Sweden-based contractor and developer Skanska has announced shifts in management for its USA Civil operation’s West Coast staff. 

As a part of his transition towards retirement, Mike Aparicio, primarily based in Pasadena, California, will step except for his present position of government vice chairman of the West Coast area to turn into senior vice chairman of operations.
