She argued that she is now entitled to 30 million {dollars} in compensation following their break up.

In courtroom paperwork obtained by Every day Mail, Woods was accused of unlawfully locking Herman out of their shared Florida residence.

TMZ stories that Herman claimed the NDA needs to be voided when there may be proof of assault or harassment.

She cited the Converse Out Act which states: “an NDA isn’t enforceable if agreed to earlier than a dispute involving se3xual assault or s3xual harassment.”

She claimed she is being compelled to adjust to the settlement by a personal belief run by Woods.
