Nov. 26 (UPI) — Grammy- and Oscar-winning singer-songwriter Irene Cara has died at her Florida house on the age of 63, her publicist introduced on Twitter Saturday.

This is absolutely the worst a part of being a publicist. I can not imagine I’ve needed to write this, not to mention launch the information. Please share your ideas and reminiscences of Irene. She is finest identified for performing the Eighties anthems “Fame” and “Flashdance… What a Feeling.”
